‘Friends With Benedict’ is an original stand-up show, running from the 1st to the 11th of August, Just the Tonic at The Mash House.
About me
Benedict is a writer and comedian born and based in London. He started writing and creating comedy videos at 14 and organically grew a sizeable following online.
Following the completion of a Law degree in 2015, Benedict started at the prestigious media company Global, where, after working on several successful creative projects, he was given the role of Senior Development Creative.
In 2018 he hosted the live interview show Popbuzz Presents, a joint venture between Global and Twitter.
The show Scroll Deep (formerly YouTuber News) is created, written and hosted by Benedict. It has a global audience in the millions on TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat Discover.
Scroll Deep launched on TikTok at the start of 2022 and has amassed over 500,000 followers as of 2024.
In 2018 Benedict wrote ‘David Walliams Marvellous Musical Podcast’ for Classic FM, along with the Dawson Bros. The show launched in early 2019 and was well reviewed. It went on to win the 2020 British Podcast Award for Best Family Podcast.
Benedict started posting comedy videos on his personal TikTok in 2020 and has over 350,000 followers.
His debut stand-up hour sold out in 2023.
Benedict started presenting on Radio X in 2024.

Benedict has over 300,000 followers on TikTok, where he posts comedy and discussion videos.
He has gone viral several times, and his videos have been liked over 20 million times.

David Walliams’ Marvellous Musical Podcast
Benedict wrote all ten episodes of this Classic FM scripted podcast, hosted by comedian David Walliams. The show aims to teach young people about the fascinating world of classical music, while also staying light and silly. You can listen to the show by clicking here.
